Next week Mr Middleton and Mr Bocking will be leading assemblies as a timely reminder of the expectations surrounding uniform, in how students should present themselves at school with particular attention to the issue of students having facial piercings and long false nails as well as key reminders regarding our expectations of behaviour in and around the school.

Tutors will also be taking students through the Student Presentation Policy during a registration period. This policy was drawn up with the Student Council and sets the standard of both uniform and how students should present in school in terms of make-up, jewellery etc. A copy of this key policy is on our website.

On Monday 14th June tutors and Heads of Year supported by members of the Senior Leadership Team will be increasing the challenge towards students who continue to not meet our policy. Please support us in ensuring that we maintain our high standards of uniform, personal student presentation and behaviour.

Mr R Middleton

Vice Principal
