PTFA

A few words form our PTFA Chair, Holly Carter

The Rushden Academy PTFA have had a busy few months. In December, we hosted our first Christmas market which was a huge success having over 50 stalls. We were lucky to be serenaded by Whitefriars Junior School choir.

This year the market will be held on Thursday 1st December. If you are interested in having a stall, please contact the school.

We have also hosted a successful tea dance and participated in the Rushden Round Circle to help raise money for local charities whilst the community got a chance to wave to Father Christmas. Through these events we have raised funds for the school, which will be used to build a sixth form bus shelter and to refurbish a counselling room for the school.

We are now going to be present at parents evenings offering tea, coffee and cakes which we hope will be of benefit to those coming straight from work.

If you would like to be involved in the PTFA please get in contact with us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
