Exam Dates Summer 2020

The Summer exams begin on Monday 11th May 2020. The exam boards state that students must be available to sit exams until Wednesday 24th June 2020 in case sustained national or local disruption arises during the summer exam period which results in exams being rescheduled. Some subjects (Art, Dance, Languages, Music, Performing Arts, Photography) also have a practical or speaking assessment. These will take place before the main exam period, dates will be arranged by subject staff nearer the time.

Certificates

All certificates will be available for collection from reception during normal Academy hours from mid-December. If you are unable to collect them in person then someone else can, provided they have a written, signed statement from you authorising them. It is important you collect your certificates as the Academy is only obliged to keep certificates for one year. If you ask for them after this time you will be charged a substantial fee for replacements by the exam boards if the Academy no longer has them.

Below are some important documents relating to your examinations, coursework, controlled assessments and about how the examination boards use your data.  Please make sure you are familiar with them.
